Cuisine
Superb Catering
We pride ourselves on quality catering. Cooked or continental breakfast comes with a choice of cereals, fresh bread, fruit and yoghurt. Afternoon tea with a freshly baked cake awaits your return. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served in the evenings followed by a freshly prepared four course meal, with superior quality wines. Typically, this might include smoked salmon spring rolls with a coriander sauce, cucumber and dill salad with yoghurt dressing, medallions of pork marinated in basil pesto on a confit of onions and finally white vanilla tart with chocolate sauce. A glass of port and coffee nicely round off your meal.
Your hosts have one well deserved day off during the week, when a continental breakfast is served and afternoon tea is left out for you. In the evening we recommend you try one of the many local restaurants in and around the resort.
